I talked myself out of having three straight "C"'s in a row, so I picked apart the question about the county flat lands. I had "C" the correct answer then talked myself out if it based on the fact I didn't want to have three straight of the same answer and it was the most difficult question. Do I need a break or is this a common misconception.

It's kind of a trick question. Everything in the passage is pointless cause teachers don't have the power to make decisions in they're own classrooms; which is the answer.

Depending on where you are in the country and if there's a certain school you are geared toward, a FEB LSAT for fall admission still might be workable; you will have to email the schools you have in mind.

Think as a potential lawyer, you really need to develop an abstract thinking mode. As I became assimilated into the course, quickly realized the moderator is a very smart, accomplished, young legal mind. Likely one of these "so smart" type of people, that working for somebody or something was beyond they're calling. With that comes a cavalcade of personality, language, and demeanor.
