If the question stem points us to a specific portion of the text (Conclusion) Should we still read the entire stimulus or can we just jump to the conclusion for time purposes?

I also agree, it was much easier to just go back and read the entire stimulus and then lool at the answer choices

how am I supposed to do all of this in the allotted time on the lsat..
