This one was upsetting because I correctly identified that the claim about increasing urbanization as the conclusion but I saw no AC that said that it was explicitly the conclusion and I didn't understand what E was saying :(

I got this right but i had to POE myself into the answer, all the other AC I had concrete reasons for getting rid of and I simply didn't understand what D was trying to say, so I happened to luck out lol, hoping the explanation enlightens me though

as someone who struggles with conditional logic and just got a lvl 2 question wrong, getting this one right felt pretty good, diagramming ftw!
