FYI, I just went in and scheduled. I didn't think it opened until noon today but I just checked in case and I had no problem scheduling. Didn't have to pull any type of special maneuver. Perhaps everyone already knows this.

how? I logged into both LSAC and ProctorU and don't see an option to pick a day..

hey my mac was doing the same thing for the proctor-u pre-test check. you can call proctoru or talk to their live chat, and they'll send you to a different pre-test check site. as long as your computer works with THAT test, you'll be fine.

y'all, i got it resolved! when this was all happening, i was in the middle of a (crazy) busy shift in the operating room in the hospital which i work and immediately thought to post on here because of the sense of community 7sage has- thank you to everyone who commented and gave me some pointers.

so, i tried chatting the live chatbox on proctoru because the premium reschedule button wasn't there for me. the robot on the other end said there was nothing that could be done. i tried calling the 1-800 number and the lady on there seemed like she could have been able to reschedule it, but then the phone line went dead. as i said i was pretty busy with work and didn't have much time to fool around with it. upon accepting the fact that i probably had to take it on saturday, my proctoru account suddenly had slots open for the 10th. i was able to reschedule it and all was fine.

the crazy part, is that it completely changed the date with no notification, no email, nothing. if i hadn't have checked my account to make sure everything was kosher, i would have completely missed my test. i feel like this is something that totally needs to be addressed, if LSAC is going to continue to administer this test virtually. surely I'm not the only person who this could have happened to.

i don't see a premium reschedule button? is that on proctorU or LSAC?

OMG i'm freaking out. i just checked my proctorU account and it says my test got scheduled for the 7th when I definitely scheduled it for the 10th. ProctorU is telling me I scheduled it for the 7th and the 10th is booked. I'm seriously about to have a panic attack I don't know what to do! Does anyone on here have some advice??

Admissions offices can run reports based on certain criteria (registrants with GPAs of 3.0 and above, or registrants living in certain geographic areas, or registrants with LSAT scores of 161 and above, or registrants who expressed interest in PI Law) and pull names of registered candidates who fit their criteria from LSAC's database. Admissions can then send them emails about fee waivers or recruit events. You should try to prepare for and achieve the best possible score you can to maximize your options later in the cycle.

hey, thanks! I figured they pulled my name out of LSAC's database, but yeah definitely gonna try to do better on my second round. hoping for scholarship $$$ !

Is January too late?

I read an article online saying applications are up 30% this year and it has me wondering if January is gonna be too late to apply for this cycle? I’m driving myself mad wondering if I should retake or apply with the 153 I received on the November flex..

Thinking about calling the school I really wanna go to and see if they could make any recommendations tomorrow but I’m the meantime, what do y’all Sagers think?

This is random, but!

Does anyone internalize it when a law school emails you and tells you they'll waive the application fee? Is that their way of saying they want you there, and you'd be very likely to get accepted if you apply?

I'm gearing to take the LSAT for the second time, but I'm getting emails from all these schools that I've been considering, and it makes me wonder if I'm wasting my time taking it again and studying like crazy, if I'm already gonna get into the schools I want to get into.

Any input would be greatly appreciated!
