is the rubber ball at the end of the stylus on the bigger side or smaller side? I'm looking at amazon and have seen them with different sizes, trying to find one that will be the most representative of the one for the digital LSAT. It is a stylus with a pen at the other end correct? Thanks!!

also, is the scratch paper they give you 8.5 x 11 standard??

I had the same issue with this question - i thought that animals eating the plant would give it cause to develop urushoil as a chemical defense.

Is B strengthening because the some animals that get a mild reaction might not be the same as the number of animals that use the poison ivy/oak as a food source? Like it could be 2 species of animals that get a mild reaction, and maybe even not eat the poison ivy/oak, and the number that do is 100 species, and they don’t get the rash? Or there could be an overlap in animals getting the rash and eating the poison ivy/oak, but B is allowing for the option that the skin rash isn’t necessarily relevant for a number of species?

I was confused about why A was wrong because it seemed very similar to Question 8 answer choice C... is the reason why A is wrong in this situation because it doesn’t specify that the other predators would necessarily go after moose?

The selective pressure issue for E seems to involve a decent amount of prior scientific knowledge... is it reasonable to assume that LSAT writers expect that to be common knowledge/analysis for the question? I ruled E out b/c I thought it was assuming there were large abalones in the water, or that large abalones were available at that time....

what threw me off here was that the question stem says "if true and not taken into account by the calculation"... if A is true and not taken into account by the calculation, couldn't it not be true that the person's voluntary choice not to exercise places a significant burden on society, because they didn't consider people who don't choose to exercise but who have jobs that require physical exertion? Or would this not be considered a "sedentary lifestyle'?

I also thought, "physical conditions" is vague b/c you could have a physical condition that you could exercise with but is exacerbated by not exercising, ergo predisposing you to a sedentary lifestyle that you might not be in if you didn't make the choice to not exercise.

Is the info in the stimulus after “but” still part of the educators’ argument? I wasn’t sure if it was still part of the educators’ argument or if it was the author’s argument. And if it was the author’s argument, I wasn’t quite sure how it opposed the educators’ argument?

I thought answer E's language w/ the conclusion... is "is consistent with" equivocal to "can also" in LSAT language, because I thought that "is consistent with" is a more definitive phrase ... so if A is consistent with B, can ~A also be consistent with B?

Also, when I first read the problem I was a bit drawn to middle sentence (after But) being the primary conclusion, and having trouble with the role it plays as the premise and in the argument in general.

Is the reason A is wrong because it is too strong? Or is it that A can be accurate according to the stimulus, but is not the main point?

Also, I was having issues with subject in the stimulus vs. the subject in the answers. The conclusion says "it is likely that common wisdom ..." I wasn't sure how to match the subject in the main point in the stimulus w/ the answers, b/c I wasn't sure if "common wisdom" referred to "many people"...

Also, can A be correct (but not as a Main Point) b/c it is addressing the correlation, or does that answer choice imply causation?

I picked D but am having issues with why A is wrong, and I am concerned I would make the same mistaken on a similar question!!
