How do I recognize part/whole LR questions when they are sporadically placed throughout the test?

I'm struggling with these questions and need help on what I should review in the curriculum to do better. #help

I keep getting v.high priority questions wrong but v.low priority questions right.. what does that mean? How do I fix that?
