Gonna write out how I finally understood the question. For some future soul.
First understand that the stimulus is saying that we are assigning the quality of "real" to ALL entities within the "MEPT." So lets say we have something like "dog theory." and this theory is a MEPT. Now within this we say something like "Dogs exist in the fifth dimension and are brown." and for the sake of this argument the idea of something being fifth dimensional is theoretical. Therefore, according to the context of the argument. Both the brownness of the dog, and its fifth dimension-ness(?) are "REAL" since, this theory is a hypothetical MEPT. At the same time, the dimension-ness is theoretical.
Now we get to the actual argument which follows the standard form. Since most theories have some entities which are only theoretical. this method "of assigning everything within a MEPT as (REAL)" is flawed. So now we have the two ideas that we need to connect. something being theoretical leading, somehow, to the described method not being the case. Which is what B does.

I would love to see similar data to what we have on exams, such as question type strengths and weaknesses by percent correct, and the ability to filter the results by time: i.e. last month, 3 months, week, or year.
This is the most important factor for me. I am someone who has done a majority of their studying using drills and this would be a big help.
