PT6.S3.Q03 - Predator insects

Can anyone explain exactly why D is the answer. I kind of get it, but just need a brief reason why it is most definitely the answer as opposed to any of the others. Like what makes it stand out the most?

Thanks! I think what helped most was asking "why?" at the end of each answer and seeing which one is most answered by the passage.

PT5.S3.Q11- Professor Smith

I selected E. I thought the people's confidence was important. If the other scientists knew that the people's confidence in professor smith was low, they didn't have to worry about needing to discredit it because no one would believe him. Please help me understand why this is not the correct choice and why C (present evidence to find truth) is.

PT12.S1.Q01 - Inhabitable Mars

Why is the main point (D) "research effort" and not (A) it is probably technologically possible to alter the climate?

PT4.S4.Q24 - The brains of identical twins

How is D the answer? Why could genetics not be a possible way to determine schizophrenia in the future? - I selected C, but now see why that wasn't right, but not why D is the correct AC... #Help

I selected E. The conclusion says the view of him being a "cruel and insane" tyrant is being challenged. So I figured, he is still a tyrant, but not a "cruel and insane" one because other tyrants have done more outrageous and worse acts than he did. -So that supports the historians' view. How can I not fall into this trap?
