Question 27:
For number 27, I chose A over B without factoring in the legality of answer choice A. Under any law/tax-code someone could break the law.
This makes answer choice “A” a bad argument because it doesn't adequately address Passage A's argument.
Answer Choice B is correct because it addresses Passage A's argument.
Stating that tax avoidance occurs because of loopholes/deductions; not because of the graduated tax system itself.
