Everyone's shitting on A, just so others don't feel crazy I want to say what I saw in it and ended up seeing wrong in it.
I saw the appeal of it as the argument is overlooking the fact that the brothers have good reason to not give the sister that gift now so someone else likely did. Where it's wrong to me is that the word "justified" is used and it doesn't matter whether they're justified or not.
I could see it working if D didn't exist and A was like, "overlooks the possibility that people usually change their mind/plans when the circumstances those plans are based on change" or something like that.
D's definitely stronger but easy to slip by. Good lesson to read carefully so as not to lose easy early Q points.
So answer choice E is wrong because there is no comparison in the conclusion? Is there anything else wrong with it?

Hi,
I just completed PrepTest 75 on the LSAC site and I want to see the explanations for the answers I got wrong and questions I was iffy about here on 7sage, do I need to fake take it on here to get to those or is there a way I can mark myself as having completed the Jun 2015 test and then review?
Essentially, what is the fastest way for me to get to the review?
Thanks.
This passage fucked me raw
