I am in the same boat. I averaged a 165-169 until I got to some of the practice tests in the 90's now I am scoring 164/165 with low of a 160 on PT 86. Some of the PT's in the 80's are just harder.... especially the LR sections are harder I've noticed. Review the answers you missed in the 80's. The LSAT writer became more tricky in disguising the AC's in the 80's LR I've noticed. They use more abstract language to describe the AC.
I just scored a 161`on my first LSAT in August and I am pretty disappointed by it. I was scoring a 165 average on my practice tests with a top score of 169. Has anyone taken the LSAT more than once and improved a few points in a short span of time? I am taking the October and November tests. I feel like I am capable of performing better but this LSAT was particularly hard for me because I got a super hard reading comp section and this is my worst section (the Quantum physics passage). I plan on doing some moderate studying (15 hours a week) from now until the test. Is it possible to improve to a 165?

Yes for top 10 You are going to want to get a 170 or be as close as possible.

Do you mind sharing what your other scores were on your tests? I just got a 161 on my first LSAT even though my average was 5 points higher. I was wondering if it would be possible to improve to a 165 by october/november

For anyone who has taken the lsat flex's recently, what pt do yall think they are more similar to? Ex: 60s,70s,80s? in LR, which question types are more popular?

yeah i was averaging in the mid 160's but dipped into the lower 160s on the most recent practice tests. Pt 85 killed me. Anyone else? RC is my hardest section. Praying for a decent RC section on this august exam.
