So if I understand correctly, the sub-conclusion is a also called a major premise? And a minor premise is one that provides support to the sub-conclusion/major premise? Is that correct? And the sub-conclusion/major premise gives support to the main conclusion?

Additionally, the argument states political stability is dependent upon the illusion that the constitution is being interpreted (by political leaders) in the same regard as the authors intentions rather than by the preferences of contemporary political leaders.
