For #7, the correct answer choice says "incorporates local ingredients," which threw me off since "local" would imply elements indigenous to Latin America right? So is it just an imperfect analogy that is better than the other answer choices?

I scrolled down and couldn't find a convincing answer to this: in the conclusion, the manager specifies that she is only judging safety by the standard of how many injuries occur, while (E) describes medical problems. How do we reconcile this disparity?
