Do you suggest re-setting your analog watch after each section so that you can visually see the 35 min countdown, e.g. 12:00 to 12:35? Or just writing start and end time (real time) at the top of each section?

I'm wondering about this also... I hear conflicting suggestions as to how much LSAT studying/Pt's to take in the week prior to the test.

I took the Dec. 2012 lsat (but cancelled my score). The way I prepped was PT on Tuesday, PT on Thursday, and real LSAT on Saturday. I only did a couple practice sections on Friday (I think for the June test I won't do any lsat stuff the day before - it just made me more anxious). Still, I felt pretty fresh and focused for the lsat so I'm inclined to repeat a schedule similar to this for next month's June lsat on Monday the 10th (US).

My tentative plan is to take a PT on Monday June 3, PT on Friday June 7, and the actual lsat on Monday June 10. My primary concern is preventing burning out because it really affects my focus and accuracy with the lsat. In between those PT days I will do a few practice sections and/or problem sets, sudoku, reading, and exercise.

What's the best strategy for timing/notations on the RC and LG sections? In the past I've written the start time + end time at the top of the first page (e.g. 8:30 - 9:05). But maybe its better to do that and have a set number of minutes per game/passage (and write on each game/passage, e.g. 9:05 - 9:13)? I know that I only have approx. 8 min per game/passage but it's just noting on the test/PT's that I'm struggling with. Being forced to use only an analog watch certainly doesn't help matters.

How far in advance should we be hitting our target score before we take the official LSAT? (e.g. weekend before, month before...?)

Until last week I was doing 1 PT per week in the local library. I would review 7sage course content and do lots of LG sets and some timed sections in between PT days. Now I am doing 2 PT's per week until LSAT. My last PT will be the Friday before the test.

When I was studying for the dec 2012 LSAT there were a number of weeks when I took 3-4 PT's and this made me feel burnt out.
