Why is Many in answer choice E not an issue? I understand why its the best option but couldn't many just mean a couple in this case? #help

It's not an exhaustive list and only is one of the most confusing. When the phrase is "the only," as it is in number three, that is a sufficient condition indicator. However, the word "only" is a necessary condition indicator, as in "only nurses have stethoscopes." (stethoscope → nurse) Hope this helps!
