Hey, I was wondering is it better to do the problem stems in the syllabus with unlimited timing or with the time they give you (usually 6:40min)? (For LR specifically)

Hey, so I recently did this MSS question and I struggled to understand why A is the answer, could anyone help pls? I picked B cause I really didn't know what else to choose. I didn't like A cause it said a "comprehensive approach" but how do we know that a comprehensive approach could shrink the health care costs?

For this question, I did not choose A because I created a world where F is not 1 lower than S and I don't understand what I'm getting wrong, I doubled checked the rules.

I don't understand how E is the answer. I can we say that it must true that some of his friends must be lying? Is it cause we know that John isn't unique from them and knows no person who smoked 40 cigarettes a day for the past 40 years

I don't understand how AC A strengthens the argument...so we can't see them when it is a wet year, shouldn't that mean that in '85 the observer would have seen less beetles that year than in '89?
