Picked C because I thought "treating employees fairly" ≠ "long history of good relations with employees." Can someone put into words why this is not the same as "equivocation on the word fairly"? Thank you!

I am also in the same boat: 173 PT average, 170 August flex. Not sure if this will be the blind leading the blind but I'd love to study with you guys!
