So,
It is necessary for there NOT to be <50 ppl for hire in the PND. Therefore, there must be at least 50 ppl. IF there aren't at least 50 ppl, the PND will not be funded.
ALSO, the PND needs to duplicate more than 25% to be funded. Therefore, the PND MUST have at least 50 ppl and duplicate 25% to receive funding.
Since the Area studies dept is duplicating 25% and is receiving funding, it MUST have at least 50 ppl to hire, in other words, must not have less than 50.
I understand why D is right, mostly bc of the correlation we see in the arg and the causal claim in the conclusion. but I am confused because I understood "making informed lifestyle choices" as being the third variable that casually contributes to good health and education. But in this scenario, making informed lifestyle choices is equated to high education level??? I didn't feel comfortable with the jump which made me eliminate D and go with A. #help
