Can't advise for the first part of your question (other than recommending that you ask as far in advance as possible to give recommenders ample time), but I believe they last in LSAC for 5 years after submission.

I read it and picked out E without doing any lawgic mapping- it was the only one that was descriptively accurate to me that overlapped both apologizing and accepting an apology.. is that too gung ho?

I am registered for a test time this weekend. Do I need to do anything other than open up ProctorU at my scheduled time? Thank you!

Double check your equipment is working + have all other programs, windows closed it what the proctoru site says. You will need your ID , too! good luck!

Thanks! Other programs? What other programs do I need? or did you mean make sure that all other programs along with additional windows are closed?

C says that all rehab theories are acceptable if they have longer punishments for repeat offenses, E says that if there is a longer punishment for repeat offense, it can only be acceptable as a rehab theory.

C doesn't eliminate retributivist theories from being accepted for longer sentences for longer punishments, whereas E only allows longer sentences for longer punishments for rehab.

Whoops I got this wrong because I saw the flaw in B/D and thought "Of course the absence of virtuous leaders has led to failure!" and didn't even consider causation/correlation.. back to the practice board

Even if that is true, the question is asking for "most strongly supported" and the rest are absolutely wrong. E. hits the main points of talking about the trade off of benefit to society vs. societal cost based on what the author thinks the statute should be.

Thank you both!!! @coandrewc145 I did take a diagnostic so I have a general idea where I am naturally better, but appreciate the advice.

Almost chose C because it shows that they CAN be imitative.. but then E is directly supporting the hypothesis/conclusion that they are imitative- even if it means they will be right-handed.

Practice Test Frequency

I just started 7sage a few weeks ago. Should I start taking practice tests throughout the core curriculum? I understand that I won't know the best approach for most of the question types at this point and don't want to "waste" the prep tests if I'm not ready.

Any recommendations on when to start integrating them into my weekly study plan? Thank you!

As I parse through these, I try to think "how does this support another statement?" and because the "an act or omission.." sentence is an example of the conclusion that "no one should neglect to vote", it justifies and supports that point rather than serving as a possible MC.
