.... Can you give me another example as to when we should avoid answers that restate the premise or conclusion.
You stated strengthen/weaken questions were one scenario. Is that the only question type where we should avoid this kind of mistake?

My first instinct was to choose answer B. But for some reason I recall an explanation stating that if the answer RESTATES a premise or conclusion it is most likely not the correct answer. What am I confusing this concept with? I really don't want a misunderstood concept to make me get my questions wrong, as I really did understand this argument!
Someone please help!
I was studying for the June exam, and completely gave up. I am not refocusing for the december exam. I barely remember anything and I feel like giving up. I am not motivated anymore and I don't know how to reapproach this without wasting time or additional money.
Any advice? Law school is starting to look impossible
