Right, you were alluding to one of my recommendations. Skip that game as soon as you feel like it is taking too long. Sometimes, really difficult games are sprinkled in with easy games to throw us off. But if you do the games based on your own sequence, you'll find yourself to be in a better position towards the end of the section.

If I feel that I am too nervous, in general, I try to close my eyes and take a few deep breaths. Maybe it takes 5-10 seconds, but the small sacrifice is well worth it. This especially helps if you have been practicing mindfulness for a while and your deep breaths during this time helps you enter into mindfulness temporarily.

Also, it's great that you found difficult games on PT89. Fool proof them and you will learn a lot from your mistakes. We win or we learn.

These are all great recommendations! Thank you so much! :)

Hi All!

Any tips for how to not panic when you have absolutely no clue how to solve a Logic Games set. For example, for PT 89 - I found the Logic Games to be quite challenging and began to kind of panic LOL in the middle. But I know in real life test situations, you have to keep going.

So any advice on dealing with challenging Logic Games sets while taking the test? (e.g. skip the section, etc.)

I'm in the same boat. I also agree that taking time to read and understand the passage is a lot upfront but it pays off at the end because you're able to answer questions better.

#help I'm struggling to understand why A is right because the scientists could have unknowingly rejected the hypothesis. Why is it a necessary assumption that they would have to be aware of it?

The explanation for question 19 still doesn't make sense to me. Passage B follows by saying "can then only" after stating that one of that basic principles of the stock market is transparency. How is this not implying that the market needs to be transparent?

For reference, I chose B as my answer.

Hi everyone! I completed the LSAT Trainer and my highest PT was a 163. I decided to start using 7Sage after hearing good reviews on the program. Since I have prior exposure to the LSAT through the trainer, I am asking for advice on how I should structure my study schedule before the June exam using 7Sage? I'm guessing since I've already done the trainer, I won't need the full range of the program, but I'm not sure exactly where to start.

@ do you recommend focusing more energy on sections that give the most trouble? I personally struggle most with LG and RC.

Hi everyone!

Looking for a logic games study buddy. I typically average anywhere between -3 and -6 on logic games. My goal is to average -0.

I am taking the January LSAT, and am particularly interested in studying mixed logic games.

Note: I have already taken the June 2020 LSAT and have studied on and off for about a year now

Let me know if any of you are interested, I'd love to meet virtually 1-2x week to study! :)

Best practices for Blind Review?

Hi! Do you all Blind review every test? I’ve found that between working full time while studying, Blind reviewing and then going over correct answers takes a lot of time to do and limits the amount of lessons/PTs I take.

Do you think it would be okay to just do the Blind Review every other test instead of every test?

I may be taking the LSAT in a study room at my local university, the Wi-Fi is better there and it is much quieter than my house. There are also computer rooms there if my laptop has a poor connection.

That's a smart idea! Thank you!

I'm taking mine at home. I just asked my wife to let me get two-three hours that day alone in the house. My office is in a front room with no doors so I can't have her or our little terrorist running in and out of there. Is it a lot to ask your roommates to bail out for a few hours on the day of your test?

Supposedly LSAC will reimburse some people for the cost of a hotel, but hotel WiFi is almost always spotty in my experience. Do you have friends that live alone that might let you use their house/apartment for a few hours?

That's so funny haha! I never heard about the LSAC reimbursing people but that sounds amazing - I'll definitely look into that! Thank you for your response :)
