I didnt pick B because the premise doesnt rule out that the price in Tilsen would not decrese, and therefor ChesChem could still find itself in a position where the cost of natural gas in Chester is greater than twice that of Tilsen. Why was that wrong?
@KevinLin I suppose I might’ve overthought the question, but the prompt said if the price is more than double in the other city, the company would move. In thinking that the price could potentially go down, resulting in it being half of the alternative, I assumed that the possibility of the company moving locations would happen even if the competition didn’t change their position.
