Wow! I was sure I was the only person alive heading toward law school at 40. I'm excited to know there are so many of us. Does anybody have a good read on programs that are more receptive to and make a better experience for the older crowd?

What if I submitted without a diversity statement-- is it bad form to ask to have one added to my file? I have one ready to go (it's even well written). For some inexplicable reason I didn't want to reveal so much about myself the day I hit submit.

I had the same LR RC LR LR LG. The first LR was unusually difficult with some reeeeeelly hard questions at the beginning. Messed up my rhythm. I must have been traumatized by the gas question.... don't even remember it.

I found answer C difficult to choose because I read it to mean that one's effectiveness is improved by their relinquishing of control. By this reading the transfer of responsibility flows in the wrong direction. That said, none of the other choices made any sense either, so I should have been able to spot my error.

I had to skip this one because I couldn't find the bridge in any of the answers. The gap for me was between anecdotal evidence and remembering. Hard question.
