It would have been better for LSAC people to have at least done beta testing of this new approach before subjecting their "paid consumers (test takers)" to technical and anxiety inducing and frankly distracting/challenging testing conditions. Clearly test takers (consumers) did NOT expect to be put under stress before a stressful test. It is unfair to pass LSAC business uncertainties due to technical challenges (and possibly other challenges) onto consumers and expect business as usual.

Does LSAC have twitter handler so test takers could tweet their "flex" experience? May be they know about these technical time traps and are hopefully factoring them into the scores in the spirit of fairness!

Looks like they may be updating the pages from their servers side. Few days ago I saw they sent an email that they were changing/updating their course structure.
