One big thing that helps when identifying the difference between SA and NA questions are the indicator words in the question stem.

Also, when doing this initially I did not see the gap, however after going over the video and doing blind review it helped me to explain to myself why B was wrong and why C was correct. B. is irrelevant becuase there is nothing in the stimulus talking about conflicts of interests, instead we are talking about the actual requirements the association put in place. Leading to AC C being correct.
