Okay, I rewatched the video a couple of times and read people's comments and I've come up with an explanation that works for me:
(C) is a comparison between viewers and non-viewers. The stimulus is only concerned about viewers; non-viewers are completely irrelevant, and so the comparison is useless.
(D) rightly focuses on viewers specifically.
I'm still not sure I understand the difference between C and D. To me, they are saying exactly the same thing.

It sounds like an addendum would be appropriate for your situation. One of my college professors advised me to write addendums structured as "X happened because... but X is not a problem anymore because..." Just make sure you give explanations, not excuses. What you have written in your main post sounds good.
To answer your other questions: You write the addendum. The school won't request it unless you indicate somewhere on your application that you are attaching the addendum and then fail to attach it - then, they might reach out and ask you where it is. You can attach the addendum as part of your general law school application through LSAC.
Great point! I chose C and if anyone else chose that answer choice and was confused (not buying the "they had practice" explanation), anything that differentiates the two test groups other than the factor being tested is a possible point of weakness in the argument.
I'm interested! I do great on LG problems at home but I know I have test anxiety so I'm looking to get strong enough at the games to overcome that.
Hey! I'm planning on taking the April 2021 test, so I'm on a similar timeframe. Maybe we can make a group. Message me if you're still interested!
Regular ones. Even if your actual administration turns out to be Flex, doing regular PrepTests will help build your stamina and give you double the opportunity to improve your Logical Reasoning performance.
In my opinion, it's better to take all four sections because your performance can vary (albeit minutely) between the two LR sections based on the difficulty and distribution of question types and you want as full a picture of your strengths and weaknesses as possible.
