I was more concerned on the assumption of why they did not give them high quality feed which i would assume would cost more... which led me to answer C LOL

I did not choose answer choice C because the argument did not really touch upon the cover of the cost of purchasing and installing them. How does "thereby saving money" hint towards choosing an answer that states "would be sufficient to cover the cost"?
