I'm struggling with AC D due to similar logic that helped me eliminate the other ACs.

Couldn't it be possible that incorrectly addressed mail also arrives at its destination within two business days of being sent? In order to select AC D, wouldn't you have to assume that most incorrectly addressed mail takes longer than 3 business days to receive? Where does the stimulus provide you that information- is it something you have to assume?

I was thrown off by a small difference in wording harsh mandatory sentences vs _ mandatory sentences. I've been burned by this small discrepancy in other questions, so that's why I was drawn to AC B, which mentions harsh punishment, even though the idea of whether people deserved punishment really wasn't relevant

I guess I understood the gist of the flaw and what I would be looking for, but I struggled with the wording of AC B and also the usage of only in the conclusion "only those who appreciate these advances are computer scientists." Does it matter if some computer scientists may not appreciate the advances in technology if the pool of those who can appreciate these advances only exists within computer scientists? I thought it would only matter if all computer scientists happened to not appreciate these advances. Or is it the idea that some could mean all that is confusing me? meow
