Are there any videos of students actually doing any RC passages?
I have watched videos of students doing games, and they were very helpful.

Can you give me some advice on how to find the author's points and the structure?
This is really hard for me.
Typically, it takes me 5/6 minutes to read an entire passage without ignoring anything.
How in the world can one read some of these lengthy and boring passages in 3 minutes or less without skipping any of the information?
I really need some help with this!
DARN!!! Please let us know once the webinars are available for the members. I really need help with RC. Thank you.
Once the webinars are completed, where do members find them?
Thank you so much!
Okay. When negation, we want to wreck the conclusion by any means, correct?
Sami:
Is it safe to say that when NA questions have sub conclusions, it would be wise to focus on filling the gap between the the main conclusion and the sub conclusion?
The correct answer is B. However, I originally selected A because this answer seems to be linked to the premise following the conclusion. Answer A incorporated the information that came after since, which is a premise indicator.
Can someone please explain why A is wrong?
Can someone explain what may be the best method to avoid choosing the incorrect answer again with similar stems?
I always have looked for premise indicators because they are very important when selecting the correct answers. I do not want to be fooled again.
Please assist.

Pacifico and Nicole, can the both of you explain what you mean by "switches?" I want to make sure that I fully understand, so I can implement it effectively.
I really need help in RC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I need some help with this question.
C) The correct answer states that the ocean floor currents were weak. I did not pick this answer because weak is opposite of strong, which is the condition that these sponges could not live in. Thus far, from what I have learned, this is not the way logic works. I felt that “weak” was too strong of a statement.
B) I chose this answer because there was no statements that could rule this out and I figured that T and V sponges were popular because they were widespread.
Does my frame of thinking makes sense?
When reading passages, are there any signs/ signals that one should look out for that may be an area of interest that questions focus on?
I like to spend time up front by solving for all the boards. This makes me more confident for selecting the correct answer and I can get through the questions faster.
However, some games have so many possibilities that it takes a significant amount of time to solve for all the boards. So, to save time, I do not solve for all possibilities. I finish the games a lot faster, but I may miss 1 or 2 questions.
My questions are: when should one simply brute force their way through the answers to save time?
Is it better to compromise accuracy to save time?
What is a happy medium?

When doing games, I like to attempt to solve as many probabilities as possible before going on to the questions. In short, spend time upfront in order to save time when answering questions.
However, after doing four or more boards, I begin to realize that there are too many probabilities to solve in order to complete the game in a good time.
My question is, are there any clues to look out for to help me not attempt to solve all probabilities?
How can you tell that it is not better to try to solve everything up front????

Hey, could someone help explain in detail why A is the correct answer choice? I am still lost. Thank you.

I need to know where can I find the circle games and the pattern games?
Trying to be prepared for the curveballs that the LSAT may through at me!
Can someone explain some of the differences between theses test?
Any new trends in games, LR or RC????
Anything new to look out for?
Please convey.
I am studying to take the LSAT this February, approximately three weeks away. I am taking three practice test per week to prep me the for the real thing. As of now, I just got to LSAT PT61. Therefore, I will only be able to get to LSAT PT70.
Should I skip the 60's PT LSATs and go to the 70's PT LSATs, or it does not make a difference?????
I ask this because I am thinking that maybe I need to be more familiar with the latest trends.
Please let me know, thank you.
I am new to 7 Sage. Thank you for responding!
Whatever you do, regardless of the game type that you are on, keep doing old games on a constant basis. This will keep you pretty sharp.
When I got into in-out games for a while, time elapsed and some of the sequence games gave me a hard time.
Everyday, I pick random sequence games (at least 4) to do, so I can keep my skills. I believe different games test one's ability to adapt, even though, many games are similar.
KEEP GOING, MY FRIEND!
May I ask: What miscellaneous games are you referring to????
While beginning to do practice test, is it okay not to focus on time because I am still learning?
I am struggling very bad with time issues regarding RC.
When it takes me around 12/15 minutes per passage, I get all of them correct or miss only one.
However, when I try to speed up my pace down to 10 minutes per passage, I do terrible.
My game plan was to get down to 10 minutes, then 8 minutes, so eventually I can get through all of the passages for June.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
I have been working on logic games really hard. Yes, I have made vast improvements that I am happy with. However, I notice that on logic games from approximately 1990’s to early 2000’s, many of the games seem “weird.” In short, I do a lot better with the more recent games.
Is this something that I should be worried about???
Yes. And, I have been improving. Thank you. I will be in contact!
Please, everyone do not chime in at once!
Can someone please further explain "the gap/ support" between the premise and the conclusion????
I need more clarity because this is really impeding my performance.
How gauge if we are dealing with a NA “bridge” or an NA “shield” question?
Okay.
Question, whenever there is conditional logic in a game, do we contropose like in LR?
In the middle of Sequence games with a twist.
Thank you, This makes total sense.
If there was no second rule that states G must be in slot 1, then there would have been 2 boards, slot 1 G and slot 7 G, correct?
I know how to strengthen and weaken correlation within a stimulus. However, my problem is that while under timed conditions, I somehow miss the correlation within the stimulus. Because of this, I miss most of these types of questions seeing as I do not approach how to strengthen or weaken the stimulus accordingly.
Can someone please be so kind to give me advise on exactly what to look for to instantly pick up on correlation within a stimulus???
That may have something to do with it, but there appears to be a pattern with this. I have done a lot of passages, which is my weak section, but I seem to do better on passages with less questions. I use the same approach to all of the passages.
For some strange reason, I find myself preforming better on passages that have less questions (5-6), regardless of difficulty. I use the same methods for all passages.
Has anyone noticed this?
Can someone give me some pointers that may help me do better with passages with more questions?
I want in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes. Please send me some days and times that will work for you and I will do my best to accommodate!
I have 2 bachelors, 3 minors and a masters. Throughout my entire education, I have been taught to read for details, especial during attaining my masters.
It feels crazy not to focus on details. I am not comfortable with that at all. It is taking me approximately 14 minutes per passage and questions (6 minutes per passage and 6/8 minutes on questions). Sometimes longer.
I do not skip questions. I answer them in order and to the best of my ability.
I do not know how to read for structure. I have tried, but I just feel totally lost.
I mean when the SA questions do not have logic indicators (if, then, when, requires, etc.).
Also, when NA questions have logic indicators, I get confused.
Please assist. Thank you.
Can someone let me know which other games are similar to this one?
This is the first time that I have encountered this kind of set up.
I have tried many different approaches for RC. I am averaging only 65/70% correct and it is taking me overage of 14 min. to finish passages.
Can you please give me some pointers. I am starting to panic!
P.S. I have reviewed RC videos and have completed the first set of RC passages. I do not want to go further in RC without correcting what am doing wrong. VERY UPSET!
When doing NA questions that are not logic based, it is a lot easier for me to get the correct answer, especially with negating the answer choices.
However, when NA questions are logic based, I have a very difficult time getting the correct answer.
Cans someone please give me some advice on how to do NA questions that are logic based?
When doing SA questions that are logic based, I do well seeing as I know how to diagram the statements and link them up accordingly.
However, when SA questions are not logic based, I have a very difficult time getting the correct answer.
Cans someone please give me some advice on how to do SA questions that were not logic based?
Thanks for the responses.
These approaches seem very difficult to do within 3 minutes. Am I correct????
