I honestly feel like E was an assumption because the stimulus never said anything about a strategy and that's using a lot of assumption where as C reflects back to the stimulus. As he stated you can't bring in outside information and choice E was definitely a demonstration of what bringing outside information in.

I chose E at first then switched to C. E was too attractive that I felt I needed to look deeper and then chose C
