I looked at A and said "If I negate this, it's 100% joever for the argument." Thankfully my gamble paid off as I didn't read any of the other answer choices because I didn't want to rationalize my way into another L.

Hello there, I also got this question wrong by selecting D. However, looking back at it, I don't believe Edward would disagree with Raphaela over statement D.

D is simply a positive [vs. normative] statement on what the government is doing, which is using force to redistribute resources. Let's say B didn't exist, and D was reworded to "It is always wrong for the government to use force to redistribute resources," then perhaps D would be correct.
