Wrong AC: B-- I guess I assumed this because the second one said "factor" and not causal factor and it made my ears perk up. There's really no difference though.

Right AC: C-- Now this makes sense. If there's overlap between the safety equipment and the traffic laws, then it's not more than half.

Wrong AC: AC C.

I chose this answer not fully realizing how literal the LSAT writers were when they said that they "have" to use that language.

Right answer: AC A

DUH -- this makes total sense now. Generality and Preciseness are the two key factors to a sci law so gen + pre > just pre

AC 26:

The only one I got wrong in this passage.

Wrong answer: A (what I wrote). Fact is I misinterpreted what this AC meant. It said "refrain from action" when I thought it meant to refrain from the specific action in question; i.e. factoring in something, but the judgment has to be passed and so you are unable to refrain from action altogether.

Correct answer: E. It makes more sense, it's more broad- cosmic justice is explicitly stated to be impossible in passage A, but in passage B it doesn't really touch upon that.

Confirm action

Are you sure?
