I'm wondering if anyone used ctrl-f during the test? Somewhere else I read that LSAC had not disabled that feature but that was back in August and I'm worried that in November I could get penalized for using that during RC.
Also wondering if it is allowed to have my phone in the room, and the hotspot on (as long as it's on airplane mode of course) in case my internet connection goes out? My computer doesn't have the ability to connect with ethernet without an adapter, and my modem is nowhere near the room I'll be testing in anyway.
I'm having issues figuring out how to register for the LSAT writing. Does anyone know how to do this or is that option not available yet for the Nov FLEX? Do I have to register after I have taken the Nov FLEX? I am hoping to get my applications in ASAP after scores are released, so would like to take the writing ASAP as well, since there have been so many issues with them being flagged
If the LSAT has taught me anything, it's that I simply do not acknowledge the word EXCEPT when it appears! It is as if it were never on the screen to begin with! :)
If you have any other parts of your applications to work on (statement, resume, optional essays, if you are still in undergrad - grades), I would say retaking the writing is a waste of time. Every single other part of your application will be weighed much more heavily than the writing sample, and multiple articles I've read said that schools barely read it, if at all.
