I'm still confused after the video explanation, why isn't B right? If any store that sells tropic fish but not exotic birds sells gerbils, then wouldn't it be true that no pet stores in West Calverton that sell tropical fish and exotic birds sell gerbils.
Maybe it's that the and in the answer choice mean that it doesn't sell both fix and birds.
