I've noticed in my drills (specifically for LR) I will choose the right answer in under a minute for logical reasoning, but then I will sit on it for AT LEAST another 30 seconds to a minute and waste time confirming it is actually right. How do I get out of this spiral? How were you able to trust your "gut"/ our lessons.

For those struggling with justifying B, it is the contrapositive of their conclusion.
Originally: (if) Distinct cultures --> (then) no shared values
Contrapositive: (if) Shared values --> (then) no distinct cultures. [aka, sharing the same cultures]
Since it is a weaken EXCEPT, the contrapositive (if you must) "strengthens" the argument.
the word "predates" threw me off between D and C
E: "did not originally intend the cloak to be green"... um obviously he did intend the cloak to be green, because the green is under the red... he just also decided to change it, which is why this is not supported.
