Definitely the Wrong Answer Journal! 7Sage has a template you can add in your notes on each question, and I would also summarize the key takeaway from that into a separate Google Doc. I was stuck at a plateau in the low to mid 170s, and the WAJ helped me recognize my patterns and pushed me to high 170s!
