I think than you also need to show why there was a trend. If they prefer hassle-free methods of data capture why has the numbers changed? Why didn't they just capture small-beaked wild birds from the beginning of their research? So I guess "The small-beaked wild birds were easier to capture and measure than the large-beaked wild birds and researchers started to prefer hassle-free methods of data capture during second part of the research" would be the right choice
Am I the only one who does understand all the examples and what they mean, how they apply to can apply to real situations but struggle to understand how to detect domain and conduct all this logical operations mentioned in previous lessons.
Are they actually necessary to know? Because I still can't see a purpose of making these even more difficult
#help So do I understand that right, that in such sentences "or" is actually exclusive. Because if we use inclusive "or" in second example, then one can file his tax return and still be fined, because A or B can also mean both A and B. The same goes for the first example.
Sometimes I think I am insane to study for LSAT as not a native english speaker. Like WTF is abridgement... After I translated it, the question became like 10X times easier
