but pat says "no, not always". Doesn't the always indicate that there are sometimes in which the accustomed style of learning should dictate how they are taught?? where is the implied "never"??
idk why but being an Econ major has helped me on a few questions & I'm loving it
us econ majors got some major privilege here with answering this question
I'm confused. I interpreted the question stem as the government being incapable of conducting this program alone. Isn't that what "by itself" means? Which is why I was led to C. Like how was I suppose to know to attack the support between the premise and the conclusion?? I understand why B is correct if I ignored the question stem and just interpreted it as a simple weakening question, but the stem just makes 0 sense lol.
