Hi guys,
Although I do have a relatively short study window (4 and a half months), my suggested study schedule from October and beyond consists only of practice tests. Is this normal?

This was really confusing to me as well but what I did was rephrase it in my head to really represent the sufficiency of tutoring. Instead of reading it as she will "tutor only" students who..., I had to frame it as "the only" students who need to be tutored are students who...
