nah its MSS. So, based off the passage, you are trying to determine which of the answers is "most strongly supported" by the information given. I missed this because I read "dissolved" as "deteriorated by" rather than "incorporated into/carried by" the steam.

The core contains iodine, tellurium, cesium, and heavy isotopes. Since the steam could carry the iodine, tellurium, and cesium, but not (presumably) the heavy isotopes then we can see that answer B is the most correct because it is supported by the fact that they didn't find heavy isotopes from the core, but found these three which were "easily dissolved" into the steam which carried them further away.

D seems attractive because SOME of the cesium and iodine COULD HAVE come from the Fuel Rods, but is incorrect because, based on the information, there's no way to differentiate the cesium and iodine from the core from the cesium and iodine from the fuel rods.
