+1 for September and interested!
I'd love to join, please! (3(/p)
Does anyone know where we can write the comment about the Admissions course for the giveaway? (P.S. Thanks for the helpful seminar @!)
Edit: I really like the Top Law School Requirements section. There are just too many schools I'm planning to apply to and it's such a pain to go to different websites to do research on each school's requirements. Although I know I'd have to double check the requirements, having a handy list is awesome.
I'm not sure if you need to tie it to law for all law schools, but Asha (Director of admissions at Yale) advises to do so. Here's a short video where she answers a question about personal statements: https://law.yale.edu/yls-today/yale-law-school-videos/ask-asha-what-your-advice-writing-personal-statement
I have also finished the CC and just bought the trainer for additional perspective. I'm following the 8-week schedule which includes PT-ing and drilling PTs 72-81. Good luck to us!!
Ditto what @ said. If you're still in school, your university might have these resources for free. The university I attend has pre-law counseling in their career center. The counselors also help with personal statements.

@ ahhh thank you!!!
Awesome!! Will we get this before the September test? Just want to make sure I'd have time to use it!
I agree with what others have already said. If you have the funds, definitely go for the Ultimate+. You will have access to more PTs and lessons. I currently have the Premium and it is a LOT of material to go through, but that is probably because I started studying late (late June), am working full-time, and want to take the September LSAT. I've heard others recommend going with the lower ones (Starter, Premium) and then just buying the LSAT Actuals in addition to it. Good luck!
@ Here's a pic of my sched! I can't seem to make images work on this forum, so you'll probably have to click the link. :) https://imgur.com/a/Sk9qZtF
I'm sort of in the same situation as you, although I'm almost done with the CC except for LG which I'm finishing this week. I'm planning to skip the rest of RC (I went through a couple of them), and see where that takes me since RC takes a lot of time to complete (even though we both only have Premium). I plan to study a lot this whole month, which is hard, since I also work full-time, but I really want to take September since I'll be back in school in September, and it will be even harder to study then. I didn't skip any of the lesson videos, but I did skip some problem sets towards the end. Right now, I'm doing a PT a day + BR Saturdays and Sundays. I'm taking timed sections Wednesdays; one during lunch at work, and the rest when I get home. Then, I'm drilling LR or RC, and LG from different PTs during the other days.
To be honest, I wish I focused more on my problem area (LG) first. I can share my schedule with you, if you'd like. Good luck to us!
This is my exact schedule for August! (I'm not done with Logic Games yet, please pray for me lmao) https://imgur.com/a/Sk9qZtF
PS. I can't figure out how to make the picture work!
Hi @! I'm in the same position as you. I was registered for September but cancelled today because I wasn't performing as well as I want to. For me, my decision drivers were that I didn't want a bad grade on my record, and that I didn't want to bomb the test and hurt my confidence. Some people say that taking it would be useful to simulate test-day conditions, but other people say that test-day conditions can be simulated anyway without doing the actual sitting, and without possibly hurting your acceptance chances. Although most schools only take the highest score, they can still see all scores.
That said, you can "withdraw" pre-test until tonight without anything being noted on your record. Schools won't see that you registered and didn't take. If you cancel after taking the test, schools will see that you cancelled. I've seen some people say that it's not so bad to cancel one, but that you might have to explain that in your addendum.
@ We got this!! I am, but I haven't registered yet. Have you? I'm not sure if a lot of test centers are already full, or if a lot of them didn't host a sitting this time, but most of the usually available centers in my area are now unavailable. :(
I have finished CC and have started doing some drills and timed sections with older PTs, as well as took a couple of complete PTs. My target goal is also in the 170s, but right now, I'm not consistently scoring, yet. I felt like I needed a different perspective for answering some questions, so I decided to buy the LSAT Trainer--I heard it's a good supplement to 7Sage, especially for LR Flaws. It also has a schedule which incorporates taking some drills and some complete tests from PT 72-81. BUT, I also revisit the CC a lot to solidify some concepts and review why I got questions wrong. Good luck on studying!
I was supposed to take the test tomorrow but I just withdrew because I know I won't be scoring what I wanted (170s). I know it's a hard decision considering a lot of things, but 1) I didn't want a bad score on my record and 2) I know it will hurt my confidence if I bomb it knowing that I'm not ready. Although submitting applications after the November test isn't as early as doing so before Thanksgiving, it still isn't late.
I've also finished the 7Sage CC and have done some practice exams. I felt like I needed a different perspective for solving problems, so I decided to order the LSAT Trainer which I'm excited to get into.
I hope you get to a decision that you feel good about tonight. Chin up, you can do it!
I just want you to know that I'm in the same boat as you, and that no matter what we decide, we'll persevere somehow (even if it's not this Saturday)
@ hah, you caught me!
