I'd only add to be very careful of being too dismissive. I can imagine questions whereby the answer may seemingly have no connection, but can be implied (and perhaps this would be easier to identify by comparing against the response), and therefore could be a possible correct answer. For this, I prefer to read the stimulus completely before considering the answers. But that's just me!
