There are two reasons I get hard LR questions wrong. One, I don't connect a statement in the stimulus with a different phrasing in the correct answer choice. Two, I make an incorrect connection, leading to the wrong answer. Does anyone else have this problem? How do I improve?

I thought C meant you can improve your cardiovascular health without strenuous exercise. If "As from" is synonymous with "compared to", the "compared to doing a lot of vigorous exercises, less strenuous options can reap benefits."
Can someone explain why the interpretation is wrong? #help
"you sucker there's, no beer here for you!"
I am confused about determining whether the first statement in the question is context or not in future questions. On other LSAT questions, the context could be to be the conclusion. They are said not to be simply because it is not being argued.
How do I know that the author is arguing the reason for rhythmic music or if it is just context to introduce an argument on being drawn toward natural sensations of the womb?

At first I needed clarification about how "crowded" does not correlate to "less space for eggs". I understood that the passage didn't mention the size of the boxes. Still, wouldn't "less space" refer to the amount of unoccupied area, rather than total capacity of each nest? I came to understand that the author only discusses the crowding of "extra eggs" to be the main issue. I made the assumption that crowding of eggs belonging to the mother would lead to the same result found with "extra eggs". When getting a question like this wrong, I have found it is the result of an underlining assumption that I have made. Identifying these assumptions in my review has helped me understand the why an answer choice is incorrect.
Are there any suggestions for not confusing the sub-conclusion with the main conclusion?
Can someone please explain how answer choices C is not presenting the alternative conclusion that babies not born prematurely rather that adequate prenatal care leads to normal birth weight? Can you also explain how this answer choice is different from a correct competing explanation answer? #help
Apparently "dress" falls under a category of culture. This is supposed to be common knowledge and reasonably assumed on the LSAT.
