Anyone else struggling to keep up with LSAT study and full-time school? These upper division classes are insane with the amount of time they require.

What’s the curve
Took another PT yesterday. LR: -5 and -8. LG -3. You know what? That'll do for me. My problem is RC. I went 10/27 on the June LSAT and on my PT yesterday I went 15/27. I don't know what else to do. I have been doing low res summaries, but there are just some of those "what the F" passages that lose me. Tips? Things that worked for you? Lately I have just been practicing RC over and over, but at this point I do not know what else I can do.
I am a reader too...like, this is frustrating.
RC seems easy on many passages, but when Science comes up and all these crazy words are thrown around, I get lost and frustrated. Any keys or tips to overcome this? I can never seem to wrap my head around whatever I am reading.
Yeah I was looking forward to making up for my garbage RC but LG was difficult. Is the curve really -10? That frustrates me. I feel as if this is definitely a -12.
LR: I seem to always miss flaw, reasoning, and assumption questions. I need to study those specific areas.
RC: If I am interested in a passage, I can usually get all but one correct. Hard passages that are so boring and use big scientific words? Well, I totally suck at those.
LG: I must perfect my practice. I was doing GREAT going into the June LSAT. Could miss only 2-3. Taking a month break hurt me. I am not trying to get back into the groove of things.
Wow, impressive to say the least. I can survive, but for how long is the question. The future wife is looking for a good job in her field, because her current medical jobs are not set in stone schedules. I will look into UBER, that is smart! Sounds like I should also take advantage of extra time like you do.
I think the dolphin LR passage is definitely real. If it wasn't, then that means this test would've consisted of 102 questions.
Wow for someone who relies on going only -2 on LG, I had to guess on 6 questions. Difficult for me. How will this test be weighted? I feel as if I got between 61-68 questions correct, so I don't know what my expectations should be.
I miss on average 5-8. LG is actually my strength. June LSAT I only missed 4.
Wow, my plate is full. I am working 20 hours a week (Leaving full time for school next week) (Mon-Fri), President of my fraternity, getting married in January, taking 15 credits this semester for my Finance degree (I am a senior), oh, and I need to study for the LSAT as well. I took the test with minor prep in June and got a 151. I need a 157 for a full ride at the two schools I am looking at. My employer refuses to let me study at work, therefore all my school prep occupies weeknights. How am I supposed to find the time and dedication to the LSAT!? I am scheduled to take the test in Sep, but think I am going to change to November. My question is, is quitting my job a crazy decision? I have been here three years. I can only work up until May anyways due to me being a student in this student position (pays well, I work for DOJ). I have to make a tough cut, and this seems as the only option. Is it worth it? I will get a full ride if I get to the 156-157 range.
I am rushing through the material, and do not feel as I have the time to invest a year into the material. Logic games is my strength. LR and RC are my weaknesses. I can ace a RC or bomb, it depends on how much I truly pay attention to the passage. I am stuck primarily on LR. I continually get about 13-14 correct out of 27.
Senior in college, 4.0 GPA in a finance major, and just burnt out. Was PT'ing 156-157 before June LSAT and received a 150. Taking the test again in September, but am really not sure this material is working. Makes sense, but does not translate to PT, as I feel I have gotten worse. Honestly just need a 153, but would like a 157 (What I need for full-ride at school I desire). Advice? Stuck and frustrated.
150 on the LSAT in June. I've hit a stride lately and have been doing really well. PT'd two weeks ago at 159 and 164 yesterday. The key for me was I increased my RC score and have really strengthened LG. LR varies 2-3 questions each section. How can I translate this PT success to the real deal? I'd be ecstatic with anything above a 157. I was thinking just practicing my RC over the next few days, and going over some of my LR weak points.
I got a 150 in June, purchased 7Sage, and now just received a 158! My goal was a 157. My diagnostic in April was a 146. The biggest difference for me was perfecting my strength - Logic Games. RC is my biggest weakness, and I increased it by 5 points. LR barely improved, but it all worked wonders. A 7Sage user suggested perfecting my strengths, and boy did it pay off.
