for fellow MacBook Air users - I found its really helpful to create a "Quit Everything" application for yourself, took care of the RAM issues I was having

How to do it: https://osxdaily.com/2013/06/02/quit-all-applications-mac-os-x/

[I] have been taking 1 PT and BR virtually every day in May

Are you still PTing and BRing a new test every single day?

You could be burning yourself out. Spreading out the PT and BR/review into two or three days could force you to slow down and really examine what you're missing, why you're missing certain questions, and allow you to look at your analytics to see if there are any patterns in the types of questions that are giving you trouble.

JY posted the following a few years ago, and it sometimes reappears in the discussion after some of the major test months:

For most of you, you already know what score you'll get. Take your last three recent properly administered LSAT PrepTests (e.g., 72, 73, 74) and average your scores. You'll get plus or minus 3 points of that average.

Now of course this isn't a guarantee, but if you are dead set on scoring a 165 and you aren't scoring +/- 3 of that, then I would consider putting the LSAT off until you've had more time to go through 7sage and PowerScore and improve your scores on the PTs.

For me, waking up around 6 and studying 2.5-3 hours before work begins (and I'll be honest, sometimes another hour even once work has begun...) has been the key. Once I got to the tail end of the core curriculum I began taking PTs on Sundays or Saturdays. This was a tip that I got from a colleague at work who also studied for the LSAT while she was working a full time job, and it has helped me.

PT strategy for June 2021 flex?

Hi all, general question for those preparing to take the June 2021 flex.

I've been PTing using the regular 4-section format, mainly to expose myself to more LR questions. As test week approaches, I've considered PTing in the flex option to better simulate conditions (timing/burnout) on test day.

Has anyone done this, or does anyone have general thoughts on this strategy? I'm interested to see what the community thinks about this as I try to tailor my approach in these last few weeks.

I've been taking the regular 4-section PT. In addition to helping you practice under test conditions for an extra LR set, you're getting a more accurate score (from what I understand of 7sage's flex scoring).

I think the extra session can only help.
