There are two sentences in this prompt. To help identify which is the conclusion, you can ask yourself, "why?" Choosing the first sentence as one that contains the conclusion makes sense because then the second one about genuine belief in your abilities helping you achieve success is like context / support for that. But saying "Success is much more easily obtained by those who genuinely believe themselves capable of succeeding than by those filled with self-doubts. Why? Because you should act confident" doesn't make any sense. To help identify conclusions you could revisit the main conclusion module.

sufficiency vs necessity is a big one for these, you could definitely start there
being 5+ minutes late is a necessary condition not a sufficient condition. In order to be eligible for being cited, it's necessary / required that you be at least 5 minutes late, but that's just the bare minimum requirement not a guarantee that you WILL be cited.
Being able to be cited as late is a sufficient condition for being 5+ minutes late, however. Because if someone says "I'm eligible for being cited as late" or "I was cited as late" then that's enough to know for sure that they were 5+ minutes late. But just knowing someone was 5+ minutes late is NOT sufficient to know that they got cited, there might be other factors the teachers take into account, your lateness is just a requirement not a guarantee.
