Hi,
I notice that I purchased a year subscription and never used it in 2021 due to a car accident and illnesses. Do you think I can get a refund for this as well? May 16, 2021 $599.00
yes I will be back -! Do you know if I can get a refund for lawhub as well?
Could I just get a refund and comeback next time?
....Hi I know there is an addendum that we can explain everything what happened during gap years, but unofficially would many gap years + withdrawals from classes be frowned upon?
My GPA is around 3.6 and I am not even sure if I can dream of T10 with these on and off situations...
Hi,
I am thinking of transferring out to a nearby community college to take paralegal related courses and maybe to boost my gpa before graduation. Would this be frowned upon by law school admission committees?
After one year, I will return to my university to graduate during summer as I will have only one course left.
I was just wondering...aside from stellar GPA and LSAT, if law schools like Yale Harvard Stanford and Columbia would consider the workload of each semester...? Like how many units you have taken. I am asking this because I took extremely low units in some semesters where I was affected negatively by a car accident.
Hi,
Is it okay to received a LOR from an associate professor who knows me well? Or is it always better to have one from stellar professors like a former secretary of labor or nobel laureates?
How about summer school professors?
Where can a non-traditional applicant with 3.6 gpa (with lsat175+)go? 🤔
Hey,
I was just wondering if there was any specific major that you would recommend to non-native English speakers?
Which one should I major as an international applicant?
My school is in the US.
@lucykelly459 1. nope
2. Sociology, Economics, Military Science or accounting....but those are not offered as minors in my college
3. Most likely, yes.
Would you minor in Japanese and aim to become a trilingual and guarantee all As from each class? Or just take some extra social science classes to broaden your perspective in law (or polish up my writing skill as I am not really a native English speaker)
I am a South Korean born international student, but Japanese to me is like guaranteed As. All 5 unit classes. No sweat.
My Major is Cognitive Science!
Hi,
I am a Junior at UC Berkeley, majoring in Cognitive Science and minoring in Japanese.
I was just wondering if T6 law schools would look into what kind of courses you took in undergrad? Do I have to impress them by taking many "difficult classes"? My GPA is not very impressive and I am trying to boost it up as much as I can before I graduate. If GPA is the only thing they care, I will just take a lot of relatively more fun History/Sociology classes to secure my gpa and polish my writing skill. Catching two birds with one stone...
….Can I take it in the middle of my preparation when I am more confident?
Is it possible to get into Harvard with 3.55gpa and 177 Lsat?
I agree. it is a matter of confidence. I will not take the diagnostic test, but start getting into the materials
I just don't feel like taking it. I want to lie to myself that I have no limit by not taking cold diagnostic test.
Any opinions?
Hi, I am still seeking advice regarding the comment above. Is my concern something that can be addressed by a higher authourity by any chance. Or perhaps we can find a middle ground? Or is this something that I need to forget about it and move forward courteously? I want to know if there is any viable option .
Thank you very much for your attention.
