i tested in august and the test didn’t automatically start after the 10 mins. the step 2 button shows up and you click on it to continue. is it different now for future tests? i’m retaking in november

is applying in dec too late? i'm retaking in nov so i have enough time to increase my score but i'm scared i won't be offered scholarships
