For those of you with the loophole book and CC, did you find Chapter 9 and on to be helpful?
I found the book helpful so far, but would opt to skip if there's not much new stuff.

I've been having serious problem concentrating lately. I thought it might have to do with the fact that I'm not doing the questions timed, and found playing this video while working on questions kind of helpful.
It's a 1:30 interval timer, but the first beep is at 1:24, which is convenient.
I’ve been focusing on NA/SA questions for the last two weeks, and took another PT,
Only to get an exactly same score:)
I’m happy with getting all NA/SA questions right, but now I’m getting flaw questions wrong.
Accuracy dropped to 43%.
I know I’ll work on flaw questions, but is there something I’m missing? Should I work on different types of questions while working on my weaknesses? Could there possibly be a correlation in learning more things about NA types that makes me weaker with flaw questions? It felt somehow harder to predict flaw question answers during the most recent PT.
Hi everyone,
I'm tired of downloading and printing out each file, don't know why but it takes forever to download each PT.
Is there a giant compiled PT so I can just download it overnight and print out all at once?
Thank you.
Hi, I've been trying to avoid using phones or other electronics except for my basic kindle, but now have a problem with proctor since it seems like I can't put mp3 files in the basic Kindles anymore.
Does anybody know of a lsat proctor on audible?
Hey, I’ve moved on to BRing only circled questions, which is a lifesaver.
BR score actually went up after only doing circled questions because I’m not changing from right to wrong, and it takes me half the time I used to spend on reviewing LR section.
However, I decided to do the rest of the questions before grading, and want to record it separately from my 1st BR score.
I thought I could enter 3rd ACs in the answer sheets because tapping the Q number again after saving it showed 3rd bubble.
But when I saved the 3rd bubble, it just changed my BR score without saving the previous selection...
Is there something I have to check in my account to save them? is there an option to do that at all?
Thank you, and good luck to everyone taking the test on next Monday!!
thought it was principle/attack question... dang. Somehow q type identification became a problem :(

Can I say "special obligation" is value judgement?
Having trouble with problem sets. when I load the set, it automatically scrolled down and can't see the timer. when I scroll up, the screen is frozen and I can't select anything on the tester. Also, once had trouble with 5 min warning. The screen froze but this was fixed when I rebooted my ipad. I have screenshots but don't know where to send them. ipad pro 2nd gen 10.5"
Hi,
I was wondering if the CC problem sets for Ultimate+ account include all the RC, LR sections from PT 1~36.
haha I thought this was the current one
Split screen support would be really helpful for tablet users.
My eyes are getting too much exercise from reading 1/32 inches letters on my goodnotes.
I’m not so sure if I’m doing the right thing. I study full time.
Day 1: Full timed PT + RC and LG drills
Day 2: BR every question + Videos for RC and LG after each passage and game.
Day 3: Review missed questions from both PT and BR.
LR: After 3rd try, I compare the answers with PT and BR after doing one question.
If I made changes, I write down why I made the change, initial reasoning for choosing and eliminating that AC.
Then I watch JY’s video and write down the difference between his approach and mine.
With different color pen I write out where it went wrong, and what I should work on.
Review CC and books, search discussion board for ways to solve that problem. + do 20Q on that question type,
which is NA most of the cases.
I repeat it twice a week, and BR every question part is a bit time consuming. What can I change/do more in the BR process to make it more effective? How should I review 3rd try, if I got it three times wrong?
So I’ve done four PTs since April 1st, 52, 53,54,56.
The scores are way too consistent and I’m not seeing much improvement.
Even compared to the cold diagnostic, aside from LG, it seems stagnant. Ok there were improvements but not what I expected after almost a year...
These are my PT scores so far. I’ve stopped PT for a week to do question type drills and took PT56, but BR score actually went down! I regret not doing BR for the cold diagnostic and having no comparable basis for my initial understanding.
Cold May 2018
PTJ [RC -13/LR -7/LR -14/LG -21] 142
After CC Sept. 2018
41 [RC -15/LR -15/LR -17/LG -13] 140
Did’t BR because I thought there was no point with only finishing half of each section in time…
PT from April 1st 2019
52 [RC -7/LR -8/LR -9/ LG -0] 160
BR [RC -4/LR -6/LR -5/LG -0] 166
53 [RC -12/LR -8/LR -6/LG -0] 159
BR [RC -7/LR -3/LR -0/LG -0] 171
54 [RC -11/LR -5/LR -8/LG -0] 159
BR [RC -3/LR -3/LR -4/LG -0] 170
56 [RC -9/LR -8/LR -5/LG -0] 162
BR [RC -5/LR -3/LR -5/LG -0] 168
I never finish LR and RC on time. So I usually skip 2~3 questions per section.
From PT53 I decided to skip Q12~Q19 for Q20+ so I can finish the ones I actually get right.
For RC, I never finish P4. I spend way too much time on P1&2.(Half of my time spent on the two…) I get to read P4, and try one or two relatively short questions. But that’s about it. I’m not so sure what I can do to improve on RC than practice timed.
What frustrates me the most is that I actually did worse after CC. I see that I made some improvements since the after CC PT, but nowhere near my expectations.(Thought I’d hit LR-3~4 by now… and get much better with RC… or at least be able to do all the questions!) My speed improved, but seems like at the cost of accuracy.
Should I go back to CC to focus on fundamentals and Q type drills or focus on timed PT? With the current BR score, I think there are definitely some basic things I don’t fully understand.
I study full time, so have been doing two PTs per week with untimed RC, Q type, and LG.
However, I’ve been thinking maybe doing PT40’s timed after every newer PTs (50’s+) could be beneficial in that I’d be able to practice timing. Or should I focus on fundamentals?
Also, is there alternatives to coffee that won’t make me want to go to restroom every hour? I can’t stay awake without coffee, but I don’t want to use restroom during the test. Using the restroom just before the test won’t do...
I'm doing LG CC right now, and just had this one question I couldn't understand.
I spent an hour on that one question and got it, but it seems I'm not utilizing my time well.
Would it be a better use of my time to skip and watch the explanation video? or should I continue with holding onto one question for an hour like I just did? It's too exhausting... I was supposed to finish one more set... I don't think I can.
Got a question... I’m having trouble with seeing pins on questions bank on 7sage app. And the stars. They all show up as squares and I can’t tell if they are colored or not. Checked internet speed but speed was ok. It’s not consistent and sometime I can see them alright... did update the app.
@ @ @
Thank you!
@ haha... seems like I’ve fallen into another pit hole of mid~high 160s...
Thank you @ I’m trying to do timed sections in addition to timed PT, so hope that’d work
Hey everyone,
I'm not done with the CC, but am just curious and I'm playing around with my calendar...
I see that about half of 1~35 LG, LR sections are included in the CC. I have no idea about LR.
I plan to start drills for all LR, RC and LG after CC.
I know repetition is important for LG, but would it be necessary for LR and RC too?
I read that earlier PTs are not as important, so I'm thinking it might be better to just continue on to PT37.
How did you do your's?
I’m going back to untimed RC drill, and am wondering if I should follow CC or just do sections.
Either way I’ll do four passages, but I haven’t done any problem sets.
So far I’ve drilled by section after CC, and am done with RC from PT1-11.
What’s the criteria for the RC problem sets? Is there a benefit to doing CC problem sets?
I heard so many horror stories with underlining and highlighting.
Is the real thing different from 7sage in terms of latency and accuracy?
Also, I use iPad Pro 2nd + Apple Pencil 1. Has anybody been practicing with that combination noticed difference on the real thing?
Hi,
I’m looking for someone to review together for the June 2019 international test every Sunday. (China: 7PM / Korea, Japan: 8PM or really anyone who can make it at that time.)
05/19 PT76, 66
05/26 PT78, 68
06/02 PT80, 70
06/09 PT82, 72
06/16 PT84, 74
Will be focusing on LR, let me know if interested.
I found it helpful to do a few games.
What helped me even more was to move my biological clock so I’d be awake from the beginning of the test. I used to wake up at 7am, but my brain won’t function in its full capacity until 11am.
So leading up to the test I adjusted to 5am. I eat lunch at 9am now🍳
missed it! would love to ask for the notes as well, but no pressure
Hey,
I’m doing LR drills from PT1~, and was wondering if there’s a masterlist of LR questions used for CC. I know not all the questions are covered, but since I’m locked out of all the apps on my ipad except for 7sage and goodnotes (thank you screentime!), manhattan prep is not really an option. Is there manhattan prep app? I’m also locked out of the app store, so I can’t really check until I meet my friend with the passcode... Sorry to bother with such simple question.
If you already have taken a diagnostic test before, you really don’t need to take it again. You already know where you’re at. Just do the CC and use ptj07 as timed PT.
I’ve noticed my PT score gets significantly lower when PT is the first thing I do in the morning. (Confirmed by the two PTs this week:P) There was 10 points difference between the one I did at 8:30am sharp, and around 11am cause I was lazy and BRed LG from the previous PT on the day of the next PT. Surprisingly I scored a lot lot better after BRing LG before PT, which took me around two hours.
Would two hours of pre-studying before the test be too much for the actual test? I found it helpful but at the same time I’m only doing 4 sections, so it might be different on the real thing. Maybe get too tired by 5th section?
I’m thinking about implementing warm up to my pt routine, so would like some suggestion on what’s the optimal amount.
So wish the tests were all at 1:30PM... why lsac... even proctors wouldn’t want to wake up before 7AM... nobody should be forced to wake up before 7am... just wish everyone’s lifestyle would shift a few hours later so we (more like I,) could be more happy and productive. It’s not like we still live in a time where we have to align our everyday life to sunlight... no more...

Thank you for the comments.
I might as well just write down everything as it’s obvious I have no idea what I’m doing…
My BR score ranges from 168 to 175, Averaging at 171.2.
For RC and LG, I redo them untimed and watch videos,
For LR I circle questions and do them again, write out reasoning, and score.
I try not to look at the answers, give myself another day, and return to the missed questions and then watch the videos for those.
It takes about 7-8 hrs to do BR.
The reason I wanted to go back to CC was because it takes me too long on each questions. I shot the video of myself doing the PT, and noticed it takes me 1:30+ to do easier questions, and 3:00+ for harder ones. I feel like if I had fully understood the concepts, it wouldn’t take me 2 min to do a question.
I was thinking about doing one used PT as something like a timed drill, but since I study full time, I might as well practice taking the whole test at the same time.
Analytics say PF, Parallel, flaw, strengthen are my priorities. I started skipping parallel questions because I noticed I’ve been spending 3~4 min on those, and didn’t get to the last few questions that were easier. When I don't skip, I usually get to Q21~22. It was only recently I implemented skipping at all, albeit by question type. I didn't have time at the end to return to flagged questions, so I thought there was really no point in skipping questions.

I’ve done LSAT Trainer and CC.
I also have
Fox LSAT encyclopedia
Manhattan prep LR
3 bibles(I got them for free from a friend... but never really opened them)
2 copies of PTs from 36~87
2 copies of all the 4 and 5 star games
7sage ultimate+
I know I’m asking for a lot, but any short advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you so much!!
I took international test and got my first official score today.
I have 13 weeks to study, and want to ask what would be the best course of action.
It was non-disclosed, so I don't really know how I did on each section. but I've been PTing at 164 for like 10 tests in a row.
For RC, I skipped the last passage totally and didn't even read the passage, skipping 5Q.
For LR, I skipped parallel questions and logic heavy questions(I think 5~6Q total from both LR sections) initially and came back afterwards to check if D is indeed the right answer.
I've done 22 PTs from PT 50+ so far, and have 17 fresh ones from PT 50+.
I've came up with three plans, but can't decide which one would be better.
Plan 1)
wk 1~3: CC + Manhattan prep LR book, 4 games, 2 passages every day
wk 4~13: 2 PTs / wk (1 used PT, 1 fresh PT)
Plan 2)
wk 1~13: 2 PTs / wk (1 used PT, 1 fresh PT)
Plan 3)
wk 1~3: 1LR timed section, 4 games, 2 passages every day.
I can't decide on what to do next. I've been getting the same score for last two months of PTs, so there might be something wrong with my current studying method... is 3 months enough to get 170+?
Help me with my last 6 weeks study plan! (hopefully)
I’ll be taking Nov. 25th test, and I just restarted on taking PTs last week.
So far done 67, 69 and 73. And got 160, 169, 169 respectively.
These are the score breakdown:
PT 67 (actual -25 / BR -14)
LR (-7/-7)
LR (-7/-4)
LG (-2/-0)
RC (-9/-3)
PT 69 (actual -13 / BR -11)
LR (-5/-4)
LR (-3/-4)
LG (-0/-0)
RC (-5/-3)
PT 73 (actual -13 / BR -13)
LR (-3/-3)
LR (-4/-5)
LG (-0/-0)
RC (-6/-5)
I’ve been spending a lot of time on blind review. It used to take about 8 hours, and now it takes more like 20 hours. Thought they were supposed to go down. Anyways, I’m fine with that, but I just don’t know what I can do to eliminate overconfidence errors. Out of 10 circled question, I usually circle one or two that I actually get wrong. So there’s also under-confidence error, but I’m trying to fix oc first…
I’ve been thinking about reusing used PTs for drills.
Maybe do 1 fresh PT on Monday through Wednesday, and do 3 used PTs for Th, Fri, Sat? I won’t be doing BR as extensively for used PTs, and only do BR and missed question review. (think this would count as section drills?)
Or would it be better to just do 2 fresh PTs every week?
Is it my lack of understanding in foundations? I want to return to CC, but I don’t even know what I don’t know.
My BR score dropped thanks to overconfidence errors...urgh
And how should I BR RC? I'm reading the section untimed, do low-res/structure and watch videos and explanations right now.
Should I BR questions without re-reading the passages?
@ ahhhh... year... passages themselves take about same time, but noticed I’m spending a lot more time on questions now 😱
I’ve been taking caffeine pill instead of drinking coffee, which helped me tremendously with my bladder,
But now I fall asleep right after taking the pill. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this?
I feel very alert after the 30 min nap, but now I’m confused if it’s the pill that’s working or just nap...

I'm still having hard time understanding the second sentence. How can I infer that more cookbooks were sold last year than any previous years from "In particular, there were more cookbooks sold."? Does "in particular" mean "especially true?" I guess that way the second sentence would mean more cookbooks sold than any previous year.
My average BR score up until 68 was 175+, and as soon as I hit 70, it dropped to 170, and today I got 168 for BR.
I’m getting a lot more RC questions wrong.
I used to get -1~-3 for RC during BR, but I got -7 today. Actual score dropped as well.
Is there a significant difference between 60s and lower RC passages and 70+ passages? I usually get -0 on my untimed drill, so I don’t thinks drilling older passages would be helpful in this case. Two weeks til the real test and I’m screwed.
After 5 weeks of 159~162, I finally scored 167 on PT59!!!! Aaaaaahhhhhhaahahahahahahahh
This is so exciting!!! I was starting to doubt myself because scoring 161 consistently for over a month did damage my self-esteemmmmmm......
Ahhhhhhahaaahahahahahahah
Will have to take another PT to confirm whatever happened was not just an outlier... but I’m happy for now!!
Is the best way to increase BR score to redo CC?
My average BR score is 170, but want to reach at least 175 for BR.
Dang... almost all of my the mistakes are because of prejudice. Why do I have so many of them!!!
Is it ok to br rc right after pt?
I read that I should br within 24hrs, but it seems I'd remember stuff much more if I br right away.
What's better? br right after or do it after two days? It takes me whole day to br lr and lg, and by the end of it I get really tired. So it's either I br rc right after pt or do it two days after...
Eliminated (C) because it say “many,” thinking Many means there are some farmers that use other techniques, but may be not necessarily in those modern civilizations that rely on heavy irrigation.
Made an unwarranted assumption that these farmers are not part of those relying on heavy irrigation.
For those people with excessive planning problems...
Only counted two sections from 70s, and was 95min, 98min ea.
No need to print out if you’re taking November test.
THANK YOU!! (SHOUTING BACK)
Please don't feed the troll. It's waste of electricity.
Get kindle fire. You can get refurb one for $70( I think...). But if you’re just studying for July, probably not worth it.
I listen to thinking lsat podcast as well. But as with any advices out there, take them with a grain of salt. There were some things I found uncomfortable/annoying, but generally funny podcast.

Can (D) be wrong because P contributing to death rate is different from P contributing to extraordinarily high death rate? What if P contribution is not significant?
I'd say prepare to study for longer(like... be okay with it) if necessary. I started studying for LSAT last year May, to take the real thing in October. However, I was not even close to my goal, and was extremely discouraged when I realized there's no way I was applying for 2019 cycle. I almost quit studying and it took me some time to recover. Looking back, I think it would've been really beneficial if I had a more realistic/long term plan.

@ hmmmm... leaning towards skipping the rest of the book:) You're right about jumping all over the place... would be better to reinforce what I already know.
@ I do find the drills and CLIR method helpful. I guess I'll restart PTs since I don't have much time left.

Interested! But November...
