But I think D is wrong because we are using outside knowledge to assume that since an external report was generated, it means an outside source is more responsible for the embezzlement, but in actuality, an outside report finding the company vulnerable doesn't provide any reason for strengthening or weakening the argument on whether it was an accountant or actuary it just doesn't tilt it either way.
